CANCELLATON POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Your experience and safety are our TOP PRIORITY! Please take the time to read all of the important information we think you should know regarding your reservation.

To ensure your safety, the safety our staff, and to make sure we are providing the most sanitary environment for our guests, we kindly ask:

 

*NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.

 

*IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS SUCH AS A FEVER, SNEEZING OR A COUGH, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE FEELING BETTER TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

*IF YOU HAVE ANY RASHES, SKIN IRRITATION OR ANY SKIN INFECTIONS NEAR APPOINTMENT SERVICE DESIRE PLEASE WAIT UNTIL IT IS FULLY HEALED BEFORE RESERVING AN APPOINTMENT.

BY SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO & ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR POLICIES.

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

We know how things get! No worries. Our reservation policy is designed to conveniently accommodate you, if anything comes up!

   

•    Each client is allocated a 10 minute grace period for lateness, starting at the time of their reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and we CAN still see you, there will be a $20 late fee applied to the total of your appointment cost. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and we CANNOT see you, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost (your deposit will be applied) - using the card we have on file for you.

   

•    Cancelations & rescheduling require a 12 hour notice. You MUST notify us via text message, phone call and/or through scheduling email feature (even outside of business hours) to have your deposit refunded back to you. If you cancel or reschedule any minute less than 12 hours, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost (your deposit will be applied) and you will need reschedule your reservation with a new deposit.

    •    If you DO NOT SHOW UP, or DO NOT CANCEL your reservation you WILL be charged the TOTAL cost of your appointment - using the card we have on file for you.

 

We currently accept Cash (exact change appreciated), Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay & Zelle.
